Neurolingua Student Code of Conduct

  1. Maintain a polite and formal tone when communicating with the Monolingual teachers and staff members. The teachers on Neurolingua are qualified language experts and help you learn and the staff is here to assist you. As this is a professional platform, it is important to treat it likewise.
  1. Value your teacher’s time 

As time is precious, it is important to respect one’s time. If you’re going to be late or cannot attend a class, please inform your teacher via Neurolingua messenger as soon as possible. You can reschedule or cancel your session if needed.

Students’ actions that are not permitted on Neurolingua

The following actions are not permitted on Neurolingua and may lead to account deactivation. 

  1. Trying to send or receive money from Monolingual teachers or students off-platform.
  2. Trying to enlist Neurolingua teachers or students to work or study off platform.
  3. Exchanging private contact information from Neurolingua teachers or students. 
  4. Constantly asking for free sessions and services.
  5. Using abusive or offensive language, aggressive behaviour towards Neurolingua teachers, students, or staff.
  6. Obscene talk, nudity, and/or attempts to use Neurolingua as a dating site.
  7. Spam messaging.
  8. Fraudulent use of credit cards or other payment methods.
  9. Identity fraud and/or falsely posing as a student.
  10. Money laundering or theft.
